WHAT: With the recent births of several species, there are plenty of new faces to see at the Zoo! Before the kids go back to school, go on an adventure and visit Franklin Park Zoo to see all of the new additions. Don’t miss Stanley the bongo calf, Asani the wildebeest calf, Kambiri, a western lowland gorilla baby, and ring-tailed lemur twins!
While you’re at the zoo, be sure to visit Butterfly Landing and Aussie Aviary before both of these popular exhibits close for the season. Butterfly Landing will be open through Labor Day. After Labor Day, Aussie Aviary will be open on the weekends through the first weekend in October.
