Franklin Park Zoo and Boston Common Frog Pond are hosting “Frog Appreciation Day” August 20 in the Common!
Activities include:
- Interactive presentation with Zoo New England’s Education Department
- Observing live frogs, a frog skeleton and toy samples of endangered frogs
- Face painting
- Arts & Crafts table with DIY beanbag frogs
- Leap frog
- Ribbit contest
- Free children’s tickets to the Franklin Park Zoo will be passed out while supplies last
